Full drums and pallet size orders are shipped via Saia or FedEx Ground. You can specify your carrier of choice and we will use that carrier to ship your order. You must provide your account number with the selected carrier. All shipments are FOB Austin, Texas.Other shipping charges are based on FedEx Ground standard rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance travelled. Consequently, we are unable to ship to P. O. Boxes. The charges are calculated once the ordering is complete.

Delivery and Lead Time
We practice just in time manufacturing. This means that production of your order commences after the order has been confirmed. Most shipments will go out in three business days (not counting Saturdays and Sundays). A more accurate estimate can be provided once the order is received. Orders for items (we do not manufacture) in stock are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are shipped at 5 PM daily.
GlobalVillage Sourcing wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your product arrive damaged or unusable, please contact our customer service immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or toll free by phone 1-512-731-8592 for instructions on how to return the product. If the carrier (of our choice) caused the damage, we will replace the product and take up the issue with the carrier. If the product is defective call and report such to customer service. To receive a full refund, you must return your purchase within 7 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned in new condition, unused with original packaging and accessories. Credit will be posted to your credit card account or a refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
